It's our privilege to care for you and your wedding party, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. MixxHouse asks to communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared for each individual receiving services. Please inform MixxHouse of any time restrictions, schedule changes, or other situations that would affect timing of services.  Last minute services requested on-site may be possible if timing allows. Separate payments may be made for individual services.  Consider wearing clothing that is easy to remove without disturbing hair/makeup.  Professional products will be used to ensure longevity.  However, if you have any concerns please communicate during your styling session. We allot 45 minutes per service, anything over that time may be liable for up-charge.  An up-charge will be implemented for any hairstyle change outside of the initial planned style.  MixxHouse is not responsible for issues with hair once we leave the venue. Touchups will be done after hair/makeup application are completed.\n\n#### Travel, Deposit, Fees and other information: \n\nTravel fee is $50 per stylist within a 45 minute travel time. Anything over 45 minute travel time will be accumulated $1 per travel mile from 509 Rochester Rd. An initial $100 deposit will be required to hold your event date. Deposits are non refundable for any reason and is due at the time of trial. The trial fee is $110. Your package total is due in full the day of the wedding. In the event there is less than 30 days' notice of cancellation, no refund will be given on any amount paid. MixxHouse obligations to perform services are subject to change, in which alternate options will be available to the client. \n\n#### Photography and Images: \n\nYou agree to provide MixxHouse with professional photo images taken the day of the event.
